Hey Jim, somethings have changed in my world; my son lost his job back in May from COVID 19, so with his wife only working, their lease is up at the end of September, and to save money, they are going to move in with me. My youngest son is going to move back home while he goes back to college, so looks like I’m going to stay put for at least a year, and they are going to help slowly fix and repair or replace things that you pointed out.
